In this episode, I went to a birthday party this weekend and learned a lot about friendships. I learned even more about fitness and how things change as we get older for everyone. I was so stressed about going to the party to begin with, but glad I forced myself to go - I was reminded what real friends, real good people can do for you and what you do for them.
